What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We are actually located in NSW, Australia.

Do you change the stock or will I receive the same items every time? (Mystery Items)

We restock our scoops and bags regularly and so there are always new items! You can always email us with photos of your previous order so that we send different products.  If you buy multiple mystery items in the one order, we try our best to make sure you don’t get the same designs.

Please note we will send multiple scoops in the same box, we try not to send separate boxes in order to save customer shipping costs.

Remember that we update our mystery items at least every month, so there are always new items for your scoops and bags for you to come back and treat yourself or your friends again and again! We may not change the photos of the items, but rest assured we get new items all the time!

When will I receive my order?

We try our best to ship all orders within 3 business days of placing your order. We ship with Australia Post, most standard shipping orders within Australia are delivered within 3-7 days from date of shipping.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We pack all orders wrapped carefully in box packaging with sufficient padding. If your goods are damaged because of mishandling by the delivery company or if they arrive defective for any other reason, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your items. 

We do not accept returns for change of mind! Mystery items contain surprise items and therefore we do not accept returns for change of mind or exchanges.
